- Responsible for booking ice time, birthday parties and corporate parties as required
- Responsible for taking payments, assisting customers, sharpening skates
- Assist Ice Centre Manager with accounting duties including purchase orders, collections, cash balances, income reports, insurance reports, etc.
- Assist with marketing, promotions, advertising campaigns, website updates, events, etc.
- Be aware of various types of legal issues, ensure license agreements and waivers are executed properly
- Supervise Front Desk Attendants and Ice Ambassadors as well as prepare weekly schedules for part time staff
- Process payroll for Manager's approval
- Complete annual employee reviews for Front Desk Attendants
- Any other related duties as specifically assigned
